Applies CO2 right before end application, allowing for maximum CO2 application with minimum oxygen contact for the lowest possible DO levels.
CAN PRE-PURGE
CO2 can be injected into the can before the beverage is dispensed. Real time adjustsments allow for a custimizable pre-purge.
COMPACT OPERATION
It's flexible to fill many roles, The FLEX can be optioned with a full frame or as a tabletop model. With a small format it can fit into most places but is ready for full-scale production day after day.
3 VALVE FILLER SYSTEM
With 3 filling tubes per valve. For a total of 9 filling tubes, the FLEX can conquer any run in rapid time. It's ready for any production run.
RINSE TUNNEL
An inline rinse and drying tunnel enables clean and mostly dry cans to exit the machine.
