DIGITAL OVERFILL
Allows for precision fills that can be adjusted, on the screen, in real time.
UNDER-CAP CO2
Applies CO2 right before end application, allowing for maximum CO2 application with minimum oxygen contact for the lowest possible DO levels.
CAN PRE-PURGE
CO2 can be injected into the can before the beverage is dispensed. Real time adjustments allow for a customizable pre-purge.
TWO SEAMER HEADS
Having 2 seamer heads allows for flexibility to run non-stop. If you need to do maintenance, just shut down one seamer and perform maintenance while the other seamer keeps going. This allows for non-stop production.
10 VALVE FILLER SYSTEM
With 2 filling tubes per valve and a total of 20 filling tubes, the MC-MAX produces a tidal wave of cans. Be careful you might get swept away in a wave of cans.
RINSE TUNNEL
An inline rinse and drying tunnel enables clean and mostly dry cans to exit the machine.
